Job Title: Junior Implementation Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Client Implementation & Onboarding
- Manage project planning and implementation for new clients.
- Gather and document business requirements from clients.
- Coordinate system setup, configuration, customization, and data migration.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and handle feedback before deployment.
- Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation assistance.
- Deliver user training and prepare manuals/documentation.
- Support Team Coordination
- Coordinate daily support operations and manage support tickets.
- Prioritize and monitor ticket resolution and SLA compliance.
- Handle escalated client issues and maintain service quality.
- Support team members in improving technical and communication skills.
- Maintain SOPs, workflows, and consistency in support processes.
- Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Product, and Sales teams.
- Coordinate issue resolution, deployments, and feature rollouts.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Participate in internal meetings related to support and implementation.
- Monitoring & Improvement
- Track KPIs such as ticket resolution time and client satisfaction.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Assist in audits, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Use MSSQL for troubleshooting, data validation, and issue analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BIM, BBA, MBA, MBS, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in support, implementation, or project coordination.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MSSQL, accounting concepts, and business workflows.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under pressure.
