Reporting To: Chief of Sales

Position Details

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a software company operating in the domestic market.
  • Salary NPR 30,000 to 35,000 per month.
  • Incentives Flat 10 percent commission on sales value once payment is received.
  • Sales Expectation Minimum 10 times of monthly salary.
  • Payment collection is part of the sales executive’s responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calls, direct visits, referrals, and self driven approaches.
  • Meet prospects and understand their business challenges.
  • Propose suitable digital solutions and close deals.
  • Ensure timely follow up and payment collection.
  • Represent IMS Software with professionalism in all interactions.
  • Deliver visible and measurable results from month one.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly professional appearance and confident presentation.
  • Quick learner with strong problem understanding ability.
  • Own two wheeler or four wheeler is mandatory due to frequent client meetings.
  • Strong drive to perform and close.
