Responsibilities:
- Aid in handling general support calls and creating tickets through our internal ticketing system
- Installation of IMS Software (Remotely or On-site)
- Provide Software training to clients
- Time management and work prioritization
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication skills and active listening to client’s issue
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Flexibility to work variable/extra hours/days to meet deadlines, as required
- Generate Bills and Other Documents for IRD Approval
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelors in relevant field.
- Should have basic accounting knowledge.
- Should have experience in support of accounting and billing software.
