Responsibilities:

  • Aid in handling general support calls and creating tickets through our internal ticketing system
  • Installation of IMS Software (Remotely or On-site)
  • Provide Software training to clients
  • Time management and work prioritization
  • Efficient troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective communication skills and active listening to client’s issue
  • Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Flexibility to work variable/extra hours/days to meet deadlines, as required
  • Generate Bills and Other Documents for IRD Approval

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelors in relevant field.
  • Should have basic accounting knowledge.
  • Should have experience in support of accounting and billing software.

Salary: Negotiable
