IMS Software has partnered with Jawalakhel Group of Industries and Himalayan Distillery Limited, two of Nepal’s leading liquor manufacturing and distribution companies, to strengthen and modernize their distribution operations through digital technology.
The agreement was signed between Niraj Subedi, CEO of Himalayan Distillery Limited, Nimish Sharma, Finance Manager of Jawalakhel Group of Industries, and Santosh Tamrakar, Managing Director of IMS Software.
With distribution networks spanning across Nepal, both companies manage large-scale daily operations, including inventory, billing, distributor coordination, and field sales. To support these operations, IMS Software will implement its Distribution Management System (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions.
The integrated system will help streamline distribution by providing real-time inventory visibility, automated billing, warehouse management, sales tracking, scheme management, and detailed business reporting. At the same time, the mobile-enabled SFA solution will allow field sales teams to book orders, plan routes, track retail outlets, and synchronize data instantly with the central system.
By bringing distribution and field sales onto one digital platform, both companies will gain better operational visibility, faster decision-making, and improved efficiency across their supply chain.This partnership reflects a shared commitment to digital transformation and operational excellence.
