Sales Book Report

1. Click on Reports

2. Click on Sales Report

3. Click on Sales Book Report

4. Enter the date range by selecting the From Date and To Date. The report will load based on the selected period.
Eg: From: 11-01-2025
To: 11-17-2025

5. Select the branch from the available options.
Eg: Kathmandu

6. In the filter section, enter and select a user name to view the Sales Book Report user-wise. To load the report for all users, tick All Users.
Eg: Demo

7. Tick “Include Sales Return (Credit Note) Transaction Also” if you want to include them in the report.

8. Enter or press Tab to load the customer list, then select the customer to load the customer-wise report.
Eg: Cash customer

9. In the report options, choose Voucher-wise, Day-wise, or Month-wise as per your requirement.
Eg: Voucher wise

10. Select the Report type, for example: Summary Report or Detail Report.
Eg: Summary Report

11. In Order Mode Selection, you can choose ONE option: ALL, TAKE AWAY, DELIVERY, or DINE IN to apply on the report.

12. Choose the sales type, e.g., retail sales, wholesale sales, or export sales.
Select the sales type only if you want to filter the report; if you leave it blank, all sales types will be included.

13. Optional: You can view the report terminal-wise by selecting a terminal in the Set Terminal section.
Eg: Main Terminal

14. If you tick “Show Revise Entry Only”, only those entries will be loaded in the Sales Book Report.

15. Click the “Run” button to load the Sales Book Report with the selected filters.

17. You can change or add filters by clicking this icon or pressing F2. After updating the filters as needed, click “Run” to reload the report.

18. Click this icon or press F9 to save the report as an Excel sheet.

19. Choose the download format as either “Default” or “Minimal.”

20. Click this icon to save the report as PDF, or press [F7].

21. Click this icon to open the Report List, or press [Shift + Tab].

22. Choose the report name to view the report.

23. Click on highlightThis is an additional feature in the Report section. Clicking it will display a search option popup.

24. “Searching Report Here” to find the report.

Purchase Book Report

1. Go to “Report” from the main menu.

2. Click on “Purchase Report”.

3. From the list of available purchase reports, select “Purchase Book Report.”

4. Purchase Book Report.

5. Enter the date range by selecting the From Date and To Date. The report will load based on the selected period.
Eg: From date= 11-13-2025
To date: 11-15-2025

6. Select the branch from the available options.
Eg: Kathmandu

7. In the filter section, enter and select the user name if you want the Purchase Book Report user-wise.
Eg: Demo

8. Enter and choose the warehouse from the available options to the report Loaded warehouse-wise.
Eg: Bagmati Warehouse

9. Select the supplier name to load the report supplier-wise.
Eg: Loyal Customer Pvt Ltd

10. Select the report option as desired, for example: voucher-wise, day-wise, or month-wise.
Eg: Voucher wise

11. Select the Report type, for example: Summary Report or Detailed Report.
Eg: Summary Report

12. Select the purchase type, for example:All, Local Purchase or Import Purchase. In Invoice Type, choose ALL,Trading, Non-Trading, or Mixed.

13. Click the “Run” button to load the Purchase Book Report with the selected filters.

Generate Vat Reports

A VAT Purchase Register Report is a report that shows all purchase transactions on which VAT has been charged within a selected period. It is used for VAT accounting, tax reporting, and verifying VAT input claims.

Steps to generate Vat Purchase Register Report

1. Go to “Report” from the main menu.

2. Choose the VAT Report

3. Select The VAT Purchase Register Report From The Dropdown Menu

4. Click on RUN

5. Vat Purchase Register Report Loaded:

6. Click the Filter icon or press the F2 key to open the report filter again.

7. Apply filters to customize the report:
Select the Date Range (Start and End Date in BS or AD) to load date-wise reports.
Select the Branch Name to load branch-specific reports.
Select the Supplier Name to load the report supplier-wise.
Tick the option Select Multiple Suppliers if you want to include more than one supplier.
Tick the report options as needed:
Trading Purchase Transaction
Capital Purchase Transaction
Purchase Return (Debit Note) Transaction
Show Sub Total in Report
Show Bill Wise Summary Report
Show Report Without Round Off
In Date Mode, choose whether to load purchase bills by Purchase Entry Date or by Invoice Date.
Click the Run button to load the report with the applied filters.

8. Click the arrow icon or press F9 to save the report as an Excel sheet.

9. Choose the download format as either “Default” or “Minimal.”

10. Click the PDF icon to save the report as a PDF, or press [F7].

11. To open the Report List, click the File icon or press Shift + Tab.

12. Choose the report name to view the report.

Generate Purchase Reports

The Purchase Book Report shows all purchase transactions for a selected period. It helps filter, view, and analyze purchases, including returns, and allows downloading or printing for accounting use.
Steps to generate Purchase Book Report.
1. Go to “Report” from the main menu.

2. Click on “Purchase Report”.

3. From the list of available purchase reports, select “Purchase Book Report.”

4. Click the “Run” button to load the Purchase Book Report

6. Click the Filter icon or press the F2 key to open the report filter again.

7. Apply filters to customize the report:
Date Range: Select the Start Date and End Date
Branch/Supplier/User/Warehouse-wise: Choose as required
Include Purchase Return: Tick Include Purchase Return (Debit Note) Transaction Also if needed
Report Options: Choose Voucher-wise, Day-wise, or Month-wise
Report Format: Select Summary or Detailed
Reverse Entry: Tick Show Reverse Entry Only if you want to include reverse entries
Report Filter Options:
Invoice Type: Select Local Purchase or Import Purchase
Trading Type: Choose Trading, No Trading, or Mixed
After selecting the required options, click Run to generate the Purchase Book Report.

8. Click the arrow icon or press F9 to save the report as an Excel sheet.

9. Choose the download format as either “Default” or “Minimal.”

10. Click the PDF icon to save the report as a PDF, or press [F7].

11. To open the Report List, click the File icon or press Shift + Tab.

12. Choose the report name to view the report.

13. If you want to search for something in the Report section, you can do it from here.

Generate Inventory Reports

Stock Summary Report is a report that shows the overall stock status of items in the inventory. It includes details like item name, opening stock, received quantity, issued/sold quantity, and closing stock.

Example: For “Corn Flour 1kg,” the report may show 100 units opening stock, 50 units purchased, 80 units sold, and 70 units remaining, giving a quick view of current inventory.
Steps to generate stock summary report

1. From the Main Menu, click on Report.

2. Choose and click on the Inventory Reports.

3. Choose the Stock Summary Report from the dropdown.

4. Click Run to load the report, and Close to stop or exit.

5. Click on View Report Dialog Box [F2]

6. Click on View Report Dialog Box [F2]

7. Apply filters to customize the report:

Date Range: Start and End date (BS or AD)
Branch: Select branch
Report Type: Item-wise, Group-wise, or Category-wise
Warehouse: Saleable or Non-Saleable
Options: Show All Items, Zero Stock Only, Negative Stock Only, Include/Exclude items without transactions
Additional: Show Item Details, Variant, Grouping, or Alternate Unit

8. Click this icon or press F9 to save the report as an Excel sheet.

9. Choose the download format as either “Default” or “Minimal.”

10. Click this icon to save the report as PDF, or press [F7].

11. Click this icon to open the Report List, or press [Shift + Tab].

12. Choose the report name to view the report.
